Heritage Seed Library
The Equivalent to the Seed Savers Exchange but with UK style. They are partnered with Henry Doubleday Research Association.

Organic Allotment Blog
A great blog by some of the staff of The Guardian UK's Sunday magazine, The Observer.  We spent some good time with these good folks an they are doing some interesting things.

Ben and Kate are very much part of sustainable gardening movement and their seed company is one of the best.  


Superstar Domestic Seed Companies

Wild Garden Seeds
The small seed company of Frank Morton, out of Philomath, Oregon. A great seed breeder and steward. Very high quality selected especially for the organic market grower.  Specializes mostly in salad green items. 

Peters Seed and Research
Lots of great material here selected for survival and uniqueness, Down in Myrtle Creek, Oregon. Many of the varieties are developed by plant breeder Tim Peters. The perennial grains and kales are especially interesting.

Turtle Tree Biodynamic Seed
East coast US source for great biodynamic seed. Seed grower listed for each seed variety and lots of interesting selections. They do some importation of seed from Sativa in Switzerland and Bingenheimer in Germany.

Bountiful Gardens
The "Grow Biointensive" seed company out of Willits, California. Lots of great Open pollinated seed and a lot of grain.  They are the only people importing Chase Seed material from the United Kingdom.
